Fermentation and Family
On the Japanese side of my family, fruit farming and preservation are long-standing traditions that took root long before we grew in California. On my Chinese side, fermentation and local ingredients guide my family’s eating habits.
A love of locality, fruit and togetherness is at the core of Frank Japanese Natural Wines.
